In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our manufacturers, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure programs, pricing, reporting, and trade-related initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to manufacturers, customers, and Affinity Group personnel
- Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and renewal of customer programs and pricing initiatives
- Process program requests and ensure accurate distribution to all applicable parties
- Enter and maintain trade administration data across multiple systems and platforms
- Support Account Manager and Business Managers with trade-related requests and reporting
- Respond promptly to inquiries from management, sales teams, clients, and customers
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation utilizing SharePoint and other systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and requests
- Follow manufacturer-specific processes and requirements to ensure exceptional service and execution
- Communicate proactively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or trade management experience is a plus
- Experience with current Regional Systems is highly desirable
