About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Corporate Chef to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales team by bringing our food and beverage products to life for customers across foodservice, retail, and institutional segments.  You will play a key role in showcasing products, developing innovative menu ideas, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on culinary work and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the sales team to promote products to existing and prospective customers
  • Lead engaging product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations
  • Develop creative recipes and menu concepts that highlight client products
  • Provide hands-on culinary training and support to operators, distributors, and internal teams
  • Act as a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of products and their positioning
  • Support new product launches, including concept development and customer presentations
  • Participate in food shows, trade events, and customer events
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant demo or test kitchen
What You Bring
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen, culinary sales, or foodservice distribution
  • Experience working with a food broker or manufacturer is an asset
  • Strong understanding of foodservice operations and menu development
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required

Work Environment
Based out of our Richmond Hill, ON office, this role includes a mix of office, kitchen, and on-site customer work.
You’ll regularly travel to client locations, distributor partners, and industry events, working closely with both customers and internal teams. This is a hands-on role that includes time in the kitchen, product preparation, and live presentations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
