The Affinity Group is seeking a dependable and detail orientated Cruise Line and Casino Sales Support in South Florida. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in South Florida.
Who we're looking for:  
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Cruise Line and Casino Sales Support will coordinate and administer bid pricing and details submittal of cruise and Casino proposals. This position will create supporting documentation for review, while effectively communicating with key stakeholders regarding all proposal activity end-to-end. Priority will be given to those who have bidding experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate the bid quotation process accurately and promptly for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and clients to develop effective bid strategies.
  • Analyze bid specifications and prepare quotations or documents aligned with submission guidelines.
  • Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the bid process.
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor bids and quotations, ensuring none are overlooked.
  • Monitor departmental and team inboxes to address inquiries and updates.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to engage various stakeholders.
  • Use templates and draft materials to create impactful, high-quality proposal content.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  • Attend distributor and sales events to build relationships and increase business.
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals and complete tasks.
  • Coding of product to apply our Clients items to match requested items.
  • Ensure compliance with Cruise Line requirements within strict deadlines.
  • Manage document production, including formatting, proofreading, printing, binding, and preparation for shipment or review.
  • Support and work Cruise Line and Casino Food shows
  • Support meetings with the Cruise Line and Casino’s when needed 
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in an office or data entry role with a focus on document preparation, composition, and review for submittal processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze and distill complex information.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, including reading and interpreting bid documents and specifications accurately.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in deadline-driven environments and remains flexible amid rapidly changing circumstances.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • Time Management: Effective organizational skills to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and general computer applications.
What to Expect
  • Typical workweek runs Mon thru Fri (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)  
  • Ability to meet the physical nature required within a typical office setting. (i.e., listen, hear, talk, visual). Sitting for extended periods of periods, completing repetitive hand and finger motions.
